Its been 6 months now (almost) since COVID hit world. Initially it was not considered as serious as it is now, and to be frank we all took it lightly and like some normal disease in the beginning, until it starts showing its effects on our lives, which are still on.


When you live for such long time in an environment (like COVID-19 pandemic), it becomes perfectly natural to feel stressed and anxious. A lot has changed in our lives, and it’s all happened very quickly.


And now I see people experiencing increased feelings of anxiety, powerlessness, impatience, irritability or frustration.


Feeling uncertain about the future, job or worry about isolation, amidst rapidly changing schedules and social plans is another add on.
